Once you’ve found a suitable vehicle, open the vehicle details page to review:

- Seating capacity
- Transmission type
- Rental suitability
- Vehicle description
- Available features
When you’re ready, click the booking button to begin your reservation.
- Step 3: Complete the Booking Form
To process your rental request, please provide accurate information in the booking form.

Social Media Information
Please provide at least one of the following:

Guarantor Information
Your guarantor’s address must be verifiable.

- After submitting your booking request, kindly send clear copies of your required documents to our email address.
- Please include your full name and phone number in the email so we can match the documents to your booking request.
- Step 5: Application Review
Our team will review your booking request and verification documents.
During this process, we may contact you for additional information or clarification if required.
- Step 6: Booking Confirmation
Once your application has been approved, you will receive:
- Booking Confirmation
- Rental Terms and Conditions
- Payment Instructions
- Vehicle Collection or Delivery Information
Your reservation is only considered confirmed after approval and payment verification.
- Step 7: Payment Processing
Complete payment using the payment options provided during the confirmation process.
Once payment has been verified, your selected vehicle will be reserved for your rental period.
- Step 8: Vehicle Collection or Delivery
Depending on your arrangement, you may:
- Pick up the vehicle from an agreed location, or
- Request vehicle delivery where available.
The vehicle will be inspected before handover to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards.
