On Refund:
At Prasao Limited, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality transportation services. However, we understand that situations may arise where our customers may need to cancel their booking and request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refund requests.
Deposit Refund:
We require customers to pay to confirm their booking. If a customer cancels their booking within the 48-hour notice period, we will refund the payment and charge them 15% of the expected total pay. However, if a customer cancels their booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick up date/time, we will not refund ANY payment.
No-Show Refund: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled pick-up time and does not notify us of the cancellation, we will consider it a no-show. In such cases, we will not refund the payment made by the customer.
Service Refund: If we fail to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a breakdown of our vehicle or a natural disaster, we will refund the full payment made by the customer. Also, if we fail to provide our services due to reasons within our control, such as a driver’s absence or vehicle unavailability, we will refund the full payment made by the customer.
Refund Request: To request a refund, customers must contact us through phone or email and provide us with their booking details and the reason for the refund request. We will review the refund request and process it within a reasonable time.
Refund Method: We will refund the payment through the original payment method used by the customer. If the payment was made through cash, we will refund the amount through bank transfer or any other method agreed upon by the customer.
Refund Review: We reserve the right to review and modify our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to request our Refund Policy regularly for any updates or changes.

On Payment for Bookings:
If You are booking at our Physical Office, You are Expected to Visit Us for Deposit Payment, If You Are Booking Us Online Your Are Expected to Fully pay for Your Trip Bookings.
Policy on Driver Care:
If Our Clients Will be Embarking on a Round Trip which may cause the driver to stay over/Sleep Out with the clients, Accommodation is Mandated to be provided for the Driver by the customer..
